Refund policy

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Should you wish to return an item, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund where possible, provided items are intact and returned in their original packaging.

All returns must be in perfect condition, and with their original packaging. We are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds on items that are scratched, damaged, or that are not in their undamaged original packaging. In these situations, the items will be returned to the customer at his/ her own cost.

For a full refund or exchange, product must be sent back within 7 days from the receipt of the original order. The payment processing will require 5 days from the date of the product received back. However, shipping costs will be borne by the customer in both cases.

Our shoes are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 3 months from date of purchase. The shoe repair normally takes a period of 2 weeks.

This warranty, however, is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear. Nor does it apply to product that has been damaged by misuse, neglect, accident, modification or unauthorized repair.

There shall be no guarantee/warranty, refund/replacement against the products sold at discounted price.

The product once used will also not be exchanged/ replaced.

Water damage would not be covered as it comes under the “wear and tear” that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of wear.

The decision of the quality control department of the company, with regard to the defect will be final.
