Customer Reviews
I wore these shoes for just 4 hours, and they became terribly wrinkled. I contacted the LacedUp team, but initially, they didn’t respond. Only after I mentioned that I would report the issue and share a negative review on social media did they reply.
Their response? They told me to polish the shoes, claiming they would become usable again.
Honestly, I’m extremely disappointed with the quality. Shoes should not look this bad after just four hours of wear. Based on my experience, I would not recommend wasting your hard-earned money on this product.
I can provide pictures and videos as proof to anyone who wants to see the actual condition of the shoes. Please think twice before purchasing!
